It’s an easy way to grab a quick snack or drink, and drive-throughs were a life saver during Covid-19 lockdowns. I love stopping by Starbucks’ drive-throughs all over the East Bay. I stopped by the Starbucks in Lafayette, California to check it out on the first day it dropped. Iced Chocolate Almondmilk Shaken Espresso: Use almond milk, malt powder ( hot cocoa mix for gluten-free), and either no syrup or classic syrup.Yesterday, Starbucks launched a new plant-based drink, the Iced Toasted Vanilla Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso: Use brown sugar syrup instead of classic, oat milk, and a dash of cinnamon.Pour the shaken espresso along with the ice into a tall glass (or enjoy right from the mason jar) and finish off with the milk of your choice.
